Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC in Fairfax, VA seeks a Capture Manager to lead federal opportunities from identification to award, shaping strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve win probability across new and recompete contracts.

The role requires 5+ years in federal capture, deep knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, and a proven ability to guide proposal development for compliant, competitive submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of federal government capture management experience.
• Experience supporting full-and-open and recompete pursuits in federal contracting.
• Understanding of Federal procurement process: RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis, compliance, and proposal development.
• Ability to analyze solicitations and translate requirements into compliant proposals.
• Experience developing capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture activities across the full opportunity lifecycle: qualification, teaming, personnel, solution development, price-to-win analysis.
• Develop and execute capture strategies and shaping plans with leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide market, customer, and competitive intelligence to guide growth decisions.
• Build relationships with leaders, partners, and industry stakeholders to support objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track milestones throughout pursuit process.
• Oversee proposal development planning, writing, reviews, and production for competitive submissions.
