MCI seeks a seasoned Senior Capture Manager to lead large-scale federal capture efforts and shape business development strategies across Civilian Agencies. You will coordinate capture teams, drive winning strategies, and collaborate with executives on solution positioning.

The role demands building strong internal and external partnerships, planning long‑term capture activities, and guiding pricing and proposal development to improve win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and federal capture management experience is essential.
• At least 10 years of relevant federal capture management and business development experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts, pursuits, and solution architecture across multiple business lines.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives on solution shaping and strategy development.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Guide executives in strategic decision-making using data-driven insights.
• Maintain a robust win/loss ratio by developing and executing capture strategies.
• Plan and execute capture activities 12-18+ months ahead of RFP releases.
• Oversee the development of responses to RFIs, DRFPs, and RFPs with proposal and operations teams.
• Manage teaming partner agreements, NDAs, and data calls to ensure readiness.
