Job summary

ANSER is seeking a seasoned Federal Capture and Proposal Lead to drive corporate-level capture and proposal activities for government contracts. You will shape discriminators, value propositions, and high‑quality proposal content, guiding the full lifecycle from planning through submission with SMEs and leadership.

You will oversee schedules, templates, and reviews to ensure compliant, compelling bids that meet evaluator needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance.
7+ years’ experience in federal contracting capture and proposal management.
Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process (FAR, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, OTAs).
Experience with GovWin, SAM.gov, Salesforce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct day-to-day capture and proposal activities in alignment with business needs.
Develop win strategies, discriminators, and compelling messaging.
Lead proposal development from pre-planning to submission and post-submittal activities.
Advise on proposal strategy including corporate value proposition and win themes.
Establish proposal schedules, compliance matrices, templates, and review plans.
Facilitate content development, color teams, and executive reviews.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-focused content.
Lead orals rehearsals and Q&A preparation.
