The role requires Top Secret clearance eligibility, 7+ years in federal capture/proposal work, and deep knowledge of federal procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 7+ years’ experience in federal contracting capture and proposal management.
• Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition process including FAR, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, OTAs, and task order competitions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day capture and proposal activities aligned to business needs.
• Develop customer-focused win strategies, discriminators, and compelling messaging.
• Lead proposal development from planning through submission and post-submission review.
• Advise on proposal strategy and ensure submissions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with evaluators.
• Establish schedules, compliance matrices, templates, content plans, and review strategies.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, content development, color teams, and executive reviews.
