Job summary
Inadev is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex Federal Government proposals from qualification through submission and oral presentations. You will collaborate with Capture, Solution Architecture, Pricing, and Executive teams to craft compliant, winning narratives across executive summaries, staffing plans, and past performance.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large, competitive Federal proposals, with strong editing, compliance, and leadership skills to steer
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle from pre-proposal planning through final submission.
- Develop compliance matrices, proposal outlines, annotated templates, and content plans.
- Partner with Capture Managers to identify win themes, discriminators, proof points, and strategic messaging.
- Drive the development of executive summaries, management approaches, technical volumes, staffing plans, transition plans, and past performance narratives.
- Lead and coordinate proposal teams including writers, editors, solution architects, SMEs, pricing analysts, subcontractors, and consultants.
