Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks a senior Capture Leader to drive federal opportunity qualification, strategy, and proposal submission from Lexington Park, MD. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop win strategies, and coordinate with Contracts, Pricing, and Proposal to position for competitive awards.

Candidates should have 12+ years in federal contracting, deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and proven executive briefing skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Federal Government contracting experience including capture management, BD, or proposal management

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Federal Government capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans with objectives, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate capture activities across BD, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Proposal
• Prepare and lead executive gate reviews and present assessments to leadership
• Maintain capture momentum, identify risks, and escalate issues
• Transition capture to proposal and support win strategies
