Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Capture Leader to drive federal government opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.

The role requires developing comprehensive capture plans, defining milestones, and coordinating across BD, operations, engineering, contracts, pricing, and proposal teams. You will lead executive gate reviews, deliver objective Go/No-Go recommendations, and align capture strategies with customer needs, competitive positioning, and corporate growth

Qualifications

12+ years of federal government contracting experience including capture management and proposal management.
Strong written and verbal communication; excellent briefing skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across BD, operations, engineering, contracts, pricing, and proposal.

Responsibilities

Lead federal capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.
Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans and milestones.
Coordinate capture activities across BD, operations, engineering, contracts, pricing, and proposal.
Present assessments and recommendations to corporate leadership.
Establish and maintain customer engagement strategies and win themes.
