Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks a seasoned Capture Leader to drive Federal Government opportunities from qualification through proposal submission in Richardson, TX. You will design and execute comprehensive capture plans, align cross-functional teams, and manage milestones, risks, and Go/No-Go decisions to maximize win potential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Federal Government contracting experience, including capture management, business development, proposal management, or related growth functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading competitive Federal Government captures from qualification through proposal submission.
• Strong understanding of DoD and Federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Experience coordinating across Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Proposal organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Federal Government capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive capture plans for assigned opportunities.
• Establish capture objectives, milestones, action plans, resource requirements, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary accountability for capture strategy, readiness, and execution.
• Coordinate capture activities across multiple departments to maintain momentum and escalate issues.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline

Master’s Degree preferred

Formal capture management, proposal management, or Shipley-based training preferred
