You will build and execute capture plans, coordinate across BD, operations, engineering, contracts, pricing, and proposal teams, and brief executives on win strategies and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of federal government contracting experience.
• Experience leading competitive captures from qualification through proposal.
• Strong written and verbal communication; executive briefing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Federal Government capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans.
• Coordinate capture activities across BD, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Proposals.
• Prepare and lead executive gate reviews.
• Establish capture-to-proposal transition and ensure win strategies are reflected.
• Develop customer engagement strategies and win themes.
