Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks an experienced Capture Leader to drive Federal Government opportunities from qualification through proposal submission. You will develop comprehensive capture plans, establish objectives and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to position KIHOMAC for competitive win.

The role requires deep knowledge of capture management, proposal development, and executive gate reviews, with an emphasis on strategic customer engagement and win strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Formal capture management, proposal management, or Shipley-based training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Federal Government capture opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive capture plans for assigned opportunities.
• Establish capture objectives, milestones, action plans, resource requirements, and schedules for success.
• Serve as primary point of accountability for capture strategy, readiness, and execution.
• Coordinate capture activities across BD, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Proposal teams.
