High Side Technology LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an aggressive Business Development Manager to drive growth across national security and Intelligence Community markets. You will own the BD lifecycle from identifying opportunities to pipeline management and capture.

The role requires an established IC network, deep understanding of federal procurement, and the ability to convert relationships into funded contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive business development, capture management, or related experience supporting defense or Intelligence Community customers.
• Established network within Navy (NAVWAR preferred), or Intelligence Community markets.
• Demonstrated success winning new business, securing contract awards, and generating measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition, competitive procurement, and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with HST’s capabilities and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, acquisition stakeholders, prime contractors, and teaming partners.
• Develop and execute capture strategies to position HST for contract awards.
• Own our proposal center, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, capture milestones, and regular pipeline reporting.
• Drive customer engagement, teaming arrangements, and competitive positioning well ahead of solicitation release.
• Coordinate with proposal, technical, and executive teams to develop compelling, differentiated proposals.
• Identify new contract vehicles, recompete opportunities, subcontracting opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop actionable growth plans with clear revenue targets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership with accurate forecasts, pursuit recommendations, and regular updates on progress toward business development goals.
• Proactively spearhead meetings and engagements with potential customers and business partners.
