Job summary

High Side Technology LLC is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across national security and Intelligence Community markets. You will own the full BD lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to building a capture pipeline, developing relationships with government customers and teaming partners, and driving proposals to funded contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive business development, capture management, or related experience in defense/IC.
• Established network within Navy or Intelligence Community markets.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition and government contracting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with HST’s growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, prime contractors, and teaming partners.
• Develop and execute capture strategies to position HST for contract awards.
• Own proposal center, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, capture milestones, and progress reporting.
• Drive engagement, teaming, and competitive positioning ahead of solicitations.
• Coordinate with proposal, technical, and executive teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Identify new contract vehicles, recompete opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop actionable growth plans with revenue targets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership with forecasts, pursuit recommendations, and progress updates.
