Responsibilities include developing capture strategies, coordinating teaming, writing and reviewing proposal content, and building win themes to help DOJ, DHS and Justice domain initiatives succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Retired or separated from DOJ, DHS, or other relevant Federal agency.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as BD/Capture Manager within Federal agencies.
• Experience in capture management, business development, proposal, and Shipley processes.
• Proven track record developing and capturing $50M+ opportunities in Federal markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop capture strategies for business opportunities, identify targets, conduct assessments, coordiante teaming, and support pricing.
• Collaborate with Proposal Manager, executives, and program managers in capture and proposals.
• Write, edit, and review proposal content.
• Develop and manage win decks and capture plans to grow revenue.
• Lead solution development and contribute to competitive proposals with SMEs and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Engage with government agencies and attend industry events to raise the company profile.
