Job summary

IntelliDyne is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to own and grow the pipeline across DOJ and new customer sets in the National Capital Region. You will identify, qualify, and convert opportunities, leading capture efforts from identification through award, coordinating with proposal and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in federal capture and/or business development, with direct, recent experience pursuing and winning executable work at DOJ or other agencies.
• Active and nurtured relationships with program offices or contracting officers at these agencies.
• Direct experience running capture on contracts in the $25–100M+ range with win themes and teaming structures.
• Deep understanding of contract vehicles (GSA MAS, SEWP, IDIQs) live or coming up for recompete in the next 24 months.
• Strong understanding of price-to-win analysis beyond informal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of DOJ and other opportunities with clear incumbents, contract vehicles, budget posture, and path to win.
• Support tracking the top 15 opportunities and run capture on 3–6 priority pursuits simultaneously.
• Lead teaming decisions, price-to-win analysis, and proposal strategy with proposal and delivery teams.
• Manage relationships with program offices and contracting shops at agencies (FBI, DEA, BOP, EOIR, etc.).
• Report pipeline health, win probability, and capture status to leadership with accuracy.
