Job summary

The Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics at Pearson North America Higher Education Customer Success Organization seeks an educator with college-level statistics expertise to align Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning goals. The role emphasizes training, content customization, and collaboration with product and sales teams across remote accounts.

Requires a master's in statistics and 5+ years of college teaching; travel for workshops may be required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics required.
At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching experience in Statistics.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab required.
Experience with Data Science or Engineering highly desirable.
Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.
Experience with Copilot and Generative AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Advise on integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting, especially with MyLab.
Consult with customers on content modification or creation.
Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
Advise Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
Partner with Sales for campaigns, calls, demos, and enablement initiatives.
Use metrics and reporting to document recommendations and evolution of course design.
