Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Engineering Project Manager Expert to lead capital projects for the factory, from charter through commissioning. You will coordinate with clients and internal groups, ensuring design adherence and timely execution while upholding quality and GMP standards.

Relocation assistance is provided to Solon, OH or St. Louis, MO. Travel 70-80% is required, and TPM/continuous excellence initiatives may be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree within engineering and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years experience managing capital projects with increasing responsibility and complexity in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Preliminary Project Development including Charter development.
• Monitor design progress and ensure milestones are met as per project charter.
• Direct installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects.
• Manage project scope and budget with monthly status reports and cost forecasts.
