Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through execution in a manufacturing environment. You will guide equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements, and CapEx initiatives while aligning cross-functional teams to deliver safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires strong project leadership, experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6, and a track record of managing complex projects in regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMP preferred.
• PM certifications considered; strong PM experience required.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
• Experience leading capital projects in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through closeout with limited supervision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, design, bid, and construction phases.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and changes.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance throughout projects.
