Job summary

ABM Industries, a leading facilities management company in the United States, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple buildings within the district. You will lead Project Managers and Supervisors, drive cost controls, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Solid business acumen and basic accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to lead a staff of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings. Ensure services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
• Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
• Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs.
• Manage quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.
• Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings.
• Develop operational improvement plans and implement process changes within assigned buildings.
