Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System Operator at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA. The role focuses on CMMS data integrity, work-order management and maintenance planning.

You will administer maintenance information in NexGen IT and support the proposed CMMS and mobile reporting approach, coordinating with planners and craftsmen to reflect accurate field conditions and completed work.

Qualifications

• Certification in Maintenance Management or equivalent.
• Excellent MEP and CAFM reading skills, basic facility knowledge.
• No minimum years or degree stated.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and close work orders and task entries.
• Coordinate with managers, planners and schedulers on data accuracy.
• Record service requests and dispatch instructions.
• Analyze CMMS information and produce work status reports.
• Maintain asset, work-order, schedule and completion data in NexGen IT.
• Reconcile records between systems and track backlog data.
• Record labor, materials, notes and test results.
• Generate status, backlog and performance reports; assist users.
