Job summary

Credence seeks a senior Operations Management professional to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO division at Wright-Patterson AFB and related installations. The role focuses on real property management, security, and facility operations for mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, emergency response, energy management, records, and environmental compliance, with direct liaison to CE and tenants. A top-secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active or current top‑secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field plus 10 years of experience, 5 in DoD.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of related experience, 5 in DoD.
• 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications as described in PWS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager and protect government property per AFI 23-111.
• Protect personnel, property, and information within WPAFB facilities.
• Detect, log, resolve, and notify Government of conditions impacting facility support.
• Maximize facility readiness through contingency planning and safety coordination.
• Provide emergency response within 30 minutes and remain on site until controlled.
• Provide building security, escort personnel, and support access controls.
• Support security systems upgrades and card key access changes.
• Place and manage AF Forms for minor construction within 72 hours.
• Report environmental and safety deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee USAF energy management and HVAC inspections.
• Inspect facilities for hazardous materials and report accordingly.
• Monitor utility systems: HVAC, water, steam, electricity.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and coordinate fire drills.
• Establish building security procedures for keys and access.
