Job summary

Credence in the United States is seeking an experienced senior Operations Management professional (Facility Mgmt.) to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role includes real property management, security, energy, and environmental oversight, with duties spanning from records management to emergency response and system security.

Qualifications require active top-secret clearance and 10–15 years of DoD-related experience, with a Master's/Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Active top-secret clearance required for access to sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of DoD-related experience, or MSc/PhD with relevant DoD experience.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category requirements, eight (8) years in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) and protect government property per AFI 23-111.
• Implement systems to protect personnel, property, and information within WPAFB facilities.
• Detect, log, resolve, and notify Government of conditions interrupting facility support.
• Assist in maximizing facility readiness through contingency planning and safety activities.
• Provide 30-min response to emergencies outside normal hours and stay on-site until controlled.
• Provide physical security for buildings, including access control and escort duties.
• Support security systems, including access and component changes.
• Place calls to CE for facility maintenance; urgent within 1 hour, routine within 24 hours.
• Prepare AF Form 332 for minor construction projects within 72 hours.
• Report deficiencies and assist with service requests.
• Oversee USAF energy management and HVAC inspections.
• Inspect facilities for hazardous materials and notify CE when identified.
• Monitor utility systems (HVAC, water, steam, electricity).
• Conduct daily facility inspections, coordinate drills and evacuation procedures.
• Establish building security procedures for key control per regulations.
• Maintain inventory control and furniture management with CE and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government leaders and CE on facility modifications.
• Keep OM chief and government lead updated on facility issues.
