Job summary

Credence is seeking an experienced Operations Management professional to support the OM Division (AFLCMC/WAO/WBO) with administrative, MIS/IT, training, and manpower management across multiple directorates. This senior role coordinates staff packages, training, and program support for Wright Patterson AFB and related activities.

The ideal candidate will hold an active secret clearance, advanced education or extensive DoD experience, and proven ability to manage complex projects and relationships

Qualifications

• Active clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Advanced degree with significant DoD experience or multiple related experience tracks.
• Experience with DoD records management and government travel processes.
• Ability to manage manpower and CME/requirements projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recognition programs across major aircraft programs and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide training on SharePoint and SOCCER; track suspense and MIS/IT, facilities, and resources.
• Support special projects, research, and electronic file conversion efforts.
• Perform administrative OM tasks: data entry, reports, files, mail, and classified handling as required.
• Manage training program activities and travel administration per DTS rules and DoD regs.
• Act as Tier I Help Desk for travel questions and maintain DTS profiles.
• Maintain appointment records, Privacy Act data, and access permissions for DTS.
• Generate weekly DTS and banking reports; provide manpower insights to leadership.
• Serve as manpower contact for division; develop CME project plans and staffing scenarios.
• Develop manpower determinants using modeling; recommend process improvements.
• Prepare CME docs and ensure acquisition services compliance.
