Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Operations Management professional to support the OM Division for AFLCMC/WAO/WBO at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Responsibilities include records management, MIS/IT oversight, and manpower tracking within DoD guidelines.

The role requires active secret clearance, advanced degrees or equivalent DoD experience, and leadership of cross-functional teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Must have active secret clearance verifiable in DoD systems.
• Bachelor's or higher with DoD experience; senior program support preferred.
• Strong communication and staff leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track manpower programs and official documentation.
• Manage training, awards, and MIS/IT oversight for F/A and WB directorates.
• Support travel, DTS, and records management in DoD environments.
• Produce management reports and support project milestones and scoping.
