The role emphasizes real property management, facility readiness, security, and environmental oversight within the F/B Directorate.

Requires active TS clearance and advanced degree or extensive DoD experience; offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active top-secret clearance required or verifiable eligibility.
• Advanced degree in a related field with DoD experience preferred.
• Extensive DoD experience with facility management and security programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) for WPAFB facilities.
• Protect personnel, property, and information; oversee access controls and security.
• Coordinate emergency response, safety, and environmental readiness activities.
• Maintain facility readiness through contingency planning and drills.
• Ensure timely reporting and coordination of facility maintenance and improvements.
