Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Operations Management (Facility Mgmt.) professional to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO Division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This role focuses on real property management, security, environmental programs, and facility operations to ensure mission readiness.

The position requires top‑secret clearance, a related advanced degree or extensive DoD experience, and the ability to coordinate with CE program managers, tenants, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active/top‑secret security clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Progressive leadership and facilities management skills are required.
• Ability to manage records, safety, security, and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager and protect government property.
• Coordinate facility readiness, contingency planning, and emergency response.
• Oversee security systems, access controls, and routine/urgent maintenance requests.
• Prepare and process work requests and coordinate minor construction as needed.
• Monitor energy management and environmental compliance across WPAFB facilities.
• Maintain documentation and liaise with CE, COR, and tenants to plan modifications.
