Credence, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, seeks an experienced Operations Manager (Facility Mgmt.) to lead real property management, security and facility readiness for AFLCMC/WAO/WBO. The role supports HQ AFLCMC/HQ AFMC and installations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient operations.

The senior position requires Top-Secret clearance, advanced degree or extensive DoD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with government and contractor teams across multiple directorates.

Qualifications

• Active or current Top-Secret clearance verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years of experience, 5 in DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, 5 in DoD.
• 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) for government property.
• Implement systems to protect personnel, property, and information.
• Coordinate emergency response, safety, and facility readiness activities.
• Perform daily facility inspections and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Oversee energy management and environmental compliance for buildings.
