Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior Operations Management professional to lead facility management at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role oversees real property, security, and environmental compliance within AFLCMC/WAO/WBO, coordinating civilian and military stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a senior background in facility operations, security, and program management, with readiness planning, incident response, and records management experience.

Qualifications

• Facility management experience in a government/military context.
• Ability to develop and enforce security and safety procedures.
• Strong planning and emergency response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager (RPBM) and protect government property.
• Implement procedures to protect personnel, property, and information.
• Detect, log, resolve, and notify government of facility issues.
• Assist in maximizing facility readiness and emergency planning.
• Provide rapid on-site response during emergencies.
• Provide physical security for buildings and controlled areas.
• Support security systems and card-access improvements.
• Prepare work requests (AF Form 332) for minor construction within deadlines.
• Report environmental and safety deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee energy management and environmental compliance.
