Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Operations Management professional to support the AFLCMC/WAO/WBO at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The role oversees facility management, security, and MIS/IT functions for the directorates, ensuring mission-critical operations and readiness.

Responsibilities include building management, emergency response, security, and coordination with CE and COR for facility modifications and asset management.

Qualifications

• Active top-secret clearance required.
• Master’s/Doctorate or Bachelor’s with extensive DoD experience.
• 15 years of related experience with DoD when using senior track (or 12 with Bachelor’s).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Real Property Building Manager for WPAFB facilities.
• Protect personnel, property, and information in facilities and parking areas.
• Coordinate facility readiness, emergencies, and safety procedures.
• Manage building security procedures, keys, and access control.
• Oversee energy management, environmental, and asset inventory processes.
