Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee vendor relations, oversight, and on-site facility operations at multiple locations in Indiana. You will drive SLAs, manage PM schedules, and coordinate with Facility Managers, Building Coordinators, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant service.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, data-driven reporting, and continuous improvement across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or vendor oversight.
• Experience with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong communication with client stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance across service lines.
• Conduct monthly inspections and site walkthroughs to assess quality and compliance.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion; follow up on overdue items.
• Lead vendor meetings and reporting to stakeholders; drive action plans for underperforming vendors.
• Maintain on-site presence and engage with client teams and vendors.
