Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Assistant Facilities Manager to lead vendor oversight, drive KPI performance, and coordinate multi-site facilities operations. The role emphasizes on-site engagement, safety, and client satisfaction while managing budgets and reporting.

You will build strong relationships with FMs, BCs, and vendors to deliver high-quality facilities management. The position requires the ability to supervise staff, manage SLAs, and maintain FM360 records to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property management, or vendor oversight.
• Strong understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (FM360 preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple vendors across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance across service lines.
• Conduct monthly inspections and site walkthroughs to assess vendor quality.
• Monitor vendor work orders, ensure timely completion and follow up on items.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, PMs, and emergency service performance.
• Lead vendor meetings and provide summaries to stakeholders.
• Maintain on-site presence and engage with client teams and vendors.
• Provide regular status updates and operational reporting.
