Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for commercial properties in the Seattle area. You will work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires 4+ years of experience in a commercial setting, a valid driver's license, and basic MS Office skills. Shift work, on-call duties, and travel between properties may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assists with basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Replace HVAC filters and condensate pumps as needed.
• Inspect and repair building finishes and surfaces and equipment.
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and safety incidents as assigned.
