Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and building systems in our facilities.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and leadership by example. You will mentor technicians, ensure safety and OSHA standards, and collaborate with supervisors and clients to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to lead by example and support team development.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently on complex systems.
• Proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Advanced maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure CMMS documentation accuracy.
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Demonstrate professionalism and mentor lower-level technicians.
• Champion safety culture and ensure work meets OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and departments to minimize downtime.
