Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support a Cambridge, MA portfolio. The role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial buildings and industrial systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

The candidate should have 4+ years of related experience, basic BMS knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergencies. Strong communication and tool-handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Replace HVAC filters, condensate pumps, and drain lines.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for unsafe conditions; respond to emergencies.
• Perform carpentry, painting, and miscellaneous repairs as needed.
• Operate and maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Support installation or modification of building equipment and systems.
