Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Facilities Senior Manager to lead the Infra Technology Team, directing the technical execution of fab startup and scaling a multi-fab services organization. This role bridges construction and production, ensuring that facility infrastructure is deployed, commissioned, and scaled to meet aggressive expansion goals while reporting directly to the Director.

Competenze

• Minimum 14+ years in industrial facility management or engineering leadership.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Expert understanding of industrial utility systems and cleanroom/semiconductor environments.
• Ability to design and implement a multi-fab services organizational structure.
• Experience with large-scale CapEx projects and technical execution roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Drive the technical deployment and execution of facility services for fab startup and expansion.
• Lead the transition toward a multi-fab services model to support increased site capacity.
• Ensure facility systems are integrated and commissioned to meet semiconductor manufacturing needs.
• Partner with construction, THU, and production to minimize friction during build-to-operate transitions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks that could delay fab readiness or milestones.
• Oversee resource allocation and headcount planning for the expanded Facilities Services organization.
• Establish technical standards for facility operations across multiple fab environments.
