Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 technician and supervisor organization focused on maximizing operational uptime. This role balances ongoing fab construction/commissioning with live wafer production and oversees critical leak response and exhaust balancing to maintain safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in industrial operations, with at least 3 years in people management, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PE license preferred for the role.
• 7–10 years of experience in industrial operations.
• Experience managing 24/7 ops with uptime KPIs.
• Experience leading a tiered Supervisors→Technicians structure.
• Ability to manage change points from construction to operations.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM and cleanroom environments.

Mansioni

• Own the KPIs for facility uptime and availability to avoid production disruptions.
• Balance ongoing fab construction/commissioning with live wafer production.
• Lead the change point process for transitioning new systems into maintenance.
• Manage a 24/7 workforce of supervisors and technicians with safety focus.
