Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience in facilities engineering, mechanical systems, or HVAC/MEP design and construction.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards is preferred.
• Certification: PE license or EIT certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating and modifying construction drawings, P&IDs, and PFDs using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert engineering support for operation and maintenance of critical facilities equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, including off-hours response, to minimize downtime.
• Forecast utility system capacity and develop plans for redundancy and scalability.
• Drive cost-reduction projects to optimize maintenance expenses.
