Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field required.
• 5+ years of related experience in project management within construction or facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction specifications.
• Experience in client relations and consulting is preferred.
• Ability to lead a project from onset through completion with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assist group direction through routine tasks and establish processes and systems.
• Proactively manage project-related issues on assigned projects.
• Develop scope and schedule reports and manage drawings for phases.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and close meet targets.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs; manage project risks and changes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field

Solid project management skills

Experience in client relations and consulting

Autonomously manage a complete project

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Mentoring junior staff / leading teams
