Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Project & Development Services in Tysons, VA. You will oversee design and planning of facilities projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, architectural disciplines, and manage budgets and timelines to meet client objectives.

Must have strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities to mentor junior staff and lead project teams through initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills and client relations experience.
• Ability to manage a complete project from onset through completion, reading construction specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with group direction and establish processes, methods and systems.
• Proactively manage project-related issues for each project and account.
• Develop scope and schedule project reports and drawings for clients and management.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and close of projects against targets.
• Maintain master project budgets and timelines; coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Advise management on organizational changes and budget expenditures.
• Coordinate and track change orders and invoices; keep client informed.
