Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services to lead the design and planning of facilities projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial and architectural disciplines.

You will drive project scope, schedules, budgets and drawings development, coordinate with owners, design teams and contractors, and ensure successful initiation through close of each project while mentoring junior staff and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management experience in construction/real estate.
• Experience in client relations, management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist group direction and establish processes, methods and systems.
• Proactively manages project-related issues and develops scope and schedule.
• Develop master project budgets, timelines and drawings for clients and teams.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs, review change orders and invoices.
• Maintain progress updates with building management and clients.
