Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. The role involves managing budgets, timelines, reports, and coordination with consultants and construction teams.

Essential duties include reviewing requisitions and change orders, supporting client marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity particularly leading, motivating, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, and advise on costs and impacts.
• Support the marketing of services to clients as needed.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
