Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services to oversee design, planning and coordination of facilities projects, ensuring budgets and schedules are met. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relations and drive project success from initiation through close.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong organizational and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills and understanding of PM business.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and schedule project reports and manage drawings for clients and facilities team.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues.
• Review change orders and invoices and manage client communications.
