Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with the property/facility management team and client representatives onsite to ensure project success from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating budgets, timelines, and reports; overseeing consultants and construction teams; and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or compatible field.
• Extensive project management experience in engineering/construction projects.
• Supervisory experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project phase and update clients and building management on progress.
• Coordinate project reports and drawings across conception through construction phases for clients and management teams.
• Oversee consultants and construction teams, review requisitions and change orders with clients and management on costs and impacts.
• Assist in marketing services to clients and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Maintain high quality standards and stay up-to-date in the field.
