Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager, Site Manager (Construction), Project & Development Services in Dallas to lead the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities. You will manage scope, budgets, timelines and vendor relations across multiple disciplines, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree with 5+ years of experience, strong PM skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Prepare and track master project budgets.
• Highly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once.
• Understanding of technical requirements for various project types.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Provides guidance to junior staff
• Experience with analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables: scope of work, scheduling, drawings for clients and facility management.
• Proactively manage project-related issues on an account or assigned project.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against targets.
• Maintain high standards and accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, manage master budgets and timelines.
• Advise on organizational changes and budget approvals.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs.
• Review invoices and financials; communicate with client.
• Keep building management informed of progress.
