Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager, Project & Development Services to provide professional project management for designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with property/facility teams, manage budgets, timelines, and reporting, and collaborate with owners and clients to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/construction project accountability and PM leadership, with preferred tenant improvement project

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required; minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management across project phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams as needed.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices; discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support the marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve goals for quality, service, cost and profit.
• Report major problems and findings to management with recommendations.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and safety standards.
