Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation from design to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Create and maintain Master Project Schedule; track performance against schedules.
• Prepare RFQs and/or RFPs for vendor and contractor services.
• Guide client and team through design implementation and planning.
• Negotiate contracts and manage performance with vendors/consultants.
