Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to provide professional project management on designated projects at client sites, campuses and facilities. You will interact with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property/facility management teams to monitor services and processes within project contracts.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, consultant oversight, and coordination across design development to construction phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure objectives and client needs are met.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases.
• Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
• Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices and confer with client and property management on costs.
• Support the marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with other building/facility personnel to achieve goals in quality, service, cost and profit.
• Report major problems and findings to supervisor with recommendations.
• Advise and obtain approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budget.
• Adhere to laws, safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards; keep up-to-date in field.
• Strive to improve skills and knowledge in the area.
