Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Project & Development Services for clients. This role requires coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering regular status updates.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in commercial real estate and 5+ years in related project management, with proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of commercial real estate experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years directly related construction project accountability experience or five (5) years in advisory/project management roles.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects; read and understand construction specs/drawings preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects and manage client relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project work plans; revise as needed to accommodate evolving requirements.
• Manage all phases of project development including due diligence, programming, design, entitlements, permitting, bidding, procurement, sustainability, and post-construction services.
• Create and oversee project budgets and schedules; monitor timelines and expenditures to ensure goals.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities across internal teams and external partners; coordinate meetings and document decisions.
• Prepare and communicate project reports to internal and external stakeholders; provide weekly status updates.
• Draft scopes of work for RFPs and contracts; manage the RFP process and bids.
• Supervise vendors and consultants; advise senior management on risks and scope changes.
