Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in Project & Development Services to provide professional project management on client sites, campuses and facilities. You will coordinate with the property/facility management team and account management to ensure project success.

You will develop budgets and timelines, prepare reports, oversee consultants and construction teams, review invoices, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet objectives and client needs.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and teams at all design and construction phases.
• Assist in selection, contracting and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, and discuss costs with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients as requested.
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost and profit targets.
• Report major problems and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Advise the appropriate management on organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budgets.
• Adhere to government laws and building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain high quality standards; continuously improve skills and knowledge.
