Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance activities on a day-shift, full‑time basis. The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards within a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and at least two years using a CMMS and generating maintenance reports. On-site work in Portland, OR, with Providence benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Computer Applications or Facility Maintenance, or 2 years of related work experience.
• 2 years' experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate work in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain processes for collecting data and reporting status of testing and maintenance activities.
• Manage and maintain the work order database and use the CMMS to schedule and monitor work.
