Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to oversee planning, scheduling and allocation of maintenance work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

You will develop data collection processes, report maintenance status, and maintain the CMMS work orders, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance under the department manager.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Applications or Facility Maintenance; 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years of experience operating CMMS or similar maintenance management systems and generating reports.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and allocate maintenance work with the department manager.
  • Develop and maintain data collection processes and reporting for testing and maintenance activities.
  • Manage and maintain the CMMS work order database and schedule work as directed.
  • Monitor and report on productivity and quality of work to ensure regulatory compliance.

Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Portland Medical Center. This posting represents Full-Time, Day Schedule.

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's DegreeinComputer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years' experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with facility maintenance processes in an acute care hospital.
  • Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
